How it works

Bring your own sending

Add one or many senders under the Sender Email tab. Bulk Email rotates between them, respects each one's daily limit, retries failures and auto-disables a sender if bounces spike — protecting your reputation.

  • Unlimited SMTP / SES senders
  • Automatic rotation & per-sender limits
  • DKIM signing supported

Step-by-step

Email setup guides — every provider

Pick your email provider for the exact settings and how to get an app password where it's required.

📧 Gmail / Google Workspace
smtp.gmail.comPort 587 · TLSor 465 · SSL

Gmail needs an App Password — your normal password is rejected over SMTP.

  1. Turn on 2-Step Verification at myaccount.google.com/security.
  2. Open myaccount.google.com/apppasswords → name it "Bulk Email" → Create.
  3. Copy the 16-character code (e.g. abcd efgh ijkl mnop).
  4. In Bulk Email → Sender Email → ➕ New Sender: choose Gmail, username = your full @gmail.com, password = the 16-char code (no spaces) → Send Test Email.
📧 Outlook.com / Hotmail / Live
smtp-mail.outlook.comPort 587 · TLS
  1. If two-step verification is on, create an app password at account.microsoft.com/security → Advanced security options → App passwords.
  2. Choose the Outlook.com preset; username = your full email; password = app password (or your normal password if 2FA is off).
  3. Send a test.
📧 Microsoft 365 / Outlook business
smtp.office365.comPort 587 · TLS
  1. An admin must enable Authenticated SMTP (M365 admin → Active users → the user → Mail → Manage email apps → tick Authenticated SMTP).
  2. If MFA is on, create an app password. Username = full email address.
  3. Choose Microsoft 365 and send a test.
📧 Yahoo Mail
smtp.mail.yahoo.comPort 465 · SSL
  1. Go to login.yahoo.com/account/securityGenerate app password.
  2. Choose Yahoo; username = your @yahoo.com; password = the generated app password.
📧 AOL Mail
smtp.aol.comPort 465 · SSL
  1. Create an app password at login.aol.com/account/security.
  2. Choose AOL; username = your @aol.com; password = the app password.
📧 iCloud Mail
smtp.mail.me.comPort 587 · TLS
  1. Create an app-specific password at appleid.apple.com → Sign-In & Security → App-Specific Passwords.
  2. Choose iCloud; username = your @icloud.com; password = the app-specific password.
📧 Zoho Mail
smtp.zoho.comPort 465 · SSL
  1. Enable IMAP/SMTP access in Zoho Mail settings. If 2FA is on, create an app password in Zoho account security.

☁️ Amazon SES — best for high volume
email-smtp.<region>.amazonaws.comPort 587 · TLS
  1. AWS console → SES → SMTP settings → Create SMTP credentials (these are not your AWS keys).
  2. Verify your sending domain/email in SES and request production access to leave the sandbox.
  3. Choose Amazon SES — SMTP, set your region in the host, paste the SMTP username/password. ~$0.10 per 1,000 emails.
🚀 SendGrid · Mailgun · Brevo · Postmark · Mailjet (relays)
  1. SendGridsmtp.sendgrid.net:587 · username is literally apikey, password = your API key.
  2. Mailgunsmtp.mailgun.org:587 · use the SMTP credentials from your domain.
  3. Brevo / Sendinbluesmtp-relay.brevo.com:587 · login + SMTP key from your account.
  4. Postmarksmtp.postmarkapp.com:587 · username and password are both your Server API token.
  5. Mailjetin-v3.mailjet.com:587 · username = API key, password = secret key.
⚙️ Any other / custom SMTP
  1. Pick Custom… in the server dropdown and type your host.
  2. Port 587 with TLS, or 465 with "Enable SSL/TLS" ticked.
  3. Enter the username + password from your provider and keep "Enable Authentication" on.
💡 Add several senders and Bulk Email rotates across them automatically. For open/click tracking to real recipients, set a public tracking URL in the app's Settings → Automatic (the built-in 127.0.0.1 tracker only works on your own PC).
